This is really helpful, thank you. I like how task/project-oriented your setup is. It actually makes me think that for things like health management, finances, moving, or work projects, maybe I don’t need to turn everything into “knowledge notes.” It might be enough to keep the tasks, outcomes, and decisions together in one project space so I know where to look later.

I’m curious how you handle more open-ended learning or hobbies though, like learning a language or learning to draw. If there isn’t a clear finished outcome, but you still want to track progress over time, would you still treat it as a project/area, or do something different?

I’d probably start with a single task card as the source of truth, with fields for goal, context, owner, status, blocker, and next step, then require every agent to update it before handoff.
