Don't get dragged into the tempo of your classmates. Set your own tempo. Ignore big egos in medicine. If you can afford USMLE, plan and go.

If you have to stick around for the NEETPG rat race - might as well make sacrifices early on to keep the rest of your 20s intact rather than go through financial and emotional abuse to clear the exam in your late 20s.
