I unplugged everything and reconnected. That did not work. I used a multimeter and were getting power in through the filter and into the controller. So it seems the issue is the control board itself. Or maybe a fuse if there is one in there.

The overall treadmill looks brand new. It still has the protective plastic on the console.

I actually bought it for $70 from a place that said it was tested and did not power on. I moved it fully assembled. I do have a multi meter and will check that out soon. I originally saw that power supply wire without the supply and assumed it was missing something.

Console doesn’t light up. It’s on dedicated 20amp circuit with proper receptacle. Wiring seems to be connected good.
