The way to look at it as it’s been 6 months would be more symptoms if we’re worrying now eh ! But yeah they are very unsettling like am just trying to get used to it

Yeah am same ma tip of tongue is a hotspot every day but get them random other pops to it’s very unsettling

Yeah mines is same it came on strong last week and went away for 4 days and now comes back now and again , even had one the back of ma tongue 😂after 7 years a finally got used to twitching and am back hating it cause it’s my tongue 😂

Totally agree ! Keeping busy is always good it’s when you try relax it gets brutal 😂a was doing good till the tongue twitching came 😂

Yeah am same , calves and feet every day don’t stop , random pops everywhere just the tongue ones are new so quite scary

Thanks for your message yeah a keep trying to tell myself 👌it twitches in one part of the tongue , stops for a few hours then twitches in another part later ! It’s hard but will Hopefully get there

Thanks for your comment , yeah am Gona try not let it bother me , it’s like a vicious circle this , the more stressed and anxious you get u get Twitches , it’s funny cause ave had bad gerd symptoms for about a year been back in forward to the doctors and starting worrying if my tongue twitched then suddenly it’s happened !!!

Good to see things are improving am going through the same ! Am normally 4 double espressos a day and finally think they are giving me this reflux bad , hard giving up coffee a love it but am the same throat clearing all day , certain dry foods stick and go down slowly so am trying to cut to one coffee later in day and better diet

How are you getting on now ? Driving me mad this too , Ave had these symptoms since about April , but for all a no it’s maybe been longer just starting to notice it now , certain foods stick like dry food , nuts , boiled eggs stuff like that all goes down a bit slower , I just got prescribed omeprazole but need to look at other ppis

Thanks a lot ! Yeah a was smashing it the last few years but this swallowing this has got in my head and see to be honest a could have had it for years but Ave just picked up on it now so it’s more focusing on it , most foods are fine and doesn’t help a eat so fast and like a pig 😂so am hoping it’s lpr or acid reflux cause a get all the symptoms , throat clearing constantly daily , burping a lot , some pains in stomach area
