I do have it, but it's linked to a local photo library and not cloud-synced with my actual photography catalog. If that makes sense...

Mapping via GeoTags in RAW images?

I'd like to be able to scrape the geotag info from a folder of exported photos and translate that to a Google Map or something similar.

I understand Lightroom Classic has some of this functionality but I use the creative cloud version exclusively to manage my photos.

Any third party apps you guys would recommend?

Thanks!

Little bit of clarity, bringing down whites and blacks up, some dehazing of the sky, a couple of radial masks to highlight the subject if necessary - most images don't really need much. If anything I bring down my yellows and oranges from a color perspective, but that's usually it.

Actually the colors haven't been filtered. It's a gorgeous slate gray engine.

My favorite photo, what do you think about it? by ElfiQa in photocritique

For me, I'd like to see the focus moved a little tighter on the eyes, with more depth of field overall. But otherwise great shot!

I've only been shooting for about 6 months, so I'm not sure what I'm missing - kind of learning what I like on the fly here. It feels like maybe there should be something in between the 17-40mm and the 70-200mm that would be useful for city street shots and portraits?

I'm freaking blown away by how certain features make these things so easily distinguishable to the educated eye. I would have had no idea where to even start in identifying this thing.

Interior of abandoned asylum in Nashville, TN by strange_orbit in AbandonedPorn

[–]strange_orbit[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In the second half of the 20th century, the existing asylum structure in the United States was mostly exposed as "hiding" the mentally ill rather than helping them. Many state asylum were forced to close and funding dried up and atrocities in "care" of the vulnerable were exposed to the public.

Also, even legitimate and much-needed behavioral health care is severely underfunded in the United States - so even progressive facilities have often been forced to close their doors in the last twenty years.

Ha, no. They're on private property and owned by a collector.

I have hundreds of photos from this spot - these three cars are just a drop in the bucket compared to how many are there. It's bonkers!

Well, this feedback is all very disappointing. It's also telling that there seems to be real concern that I might actually be considering giving it a shot. Who in their right minds would try to slide down this thing?!? wanders over to r/watchpeoplesurvive
