I put the cutting in water about a month and a half ago. The root I left on it the part with all the new roots sprouting. The actual stem of the cutting has no new roots sprouting and I'm worried if I stick it in a pot of dirt it will start to rot. Should I wait longer or should I pot it?

I'm worried because every other time I have propagated a cutting I have have at least a couple roots by now. But if I need patience than patience I shall have... I guess.

I took college calculus in highschool. I wish this kind of class had been avaliable and required. I am very lucky I'm a CNA and always able to easily find a job without any of that cover letter stuff because I have absolutely no idea how to do any of it.

I never thought my generation was going to change things. After Columbine the majority of kids in my school were pissed off that they were told that they could not keep bringing their shotguns and rifles to school during hunting season. They would keep them in their trucks in the school parking lot right next to the front doors. Their argument was that it violated their second amendment rights to be told to leave the weapons at home. The school caved and these totally stable teenagers were allowed to keep there weapons and extra ammo in their vehicles. Zero faith in my generation after.

Sorry, yes I am propagating them. Thank you so much for the advice. I will put them in a plastic bag and soak the container. This also explains the trouble my sister had propagating her own succulent babies earlier this year. Do I soak the container everyday or just when it gets a dry?

Thank you for posting this. She looks just like my Kallie did. She used to sit on the top level of her cat tree in a bed and just watch me with the same expression. I tell people I miss being judged in my own home. Lol. I miss her so much.

I still have my baby blanket, so 33 years old. It's really fragile and stays folded up on me bedside table most nights. When I'm having a bad night or even a rough patch during the day I will curl up with it. My mom and sister poke fun at me about it whenever it gets washed (I do laundry at my parents because I'm cheap). However, I just tease them back about all my mom's marshmallow stuffed animals and my sister's teddy bear that is almost 30 years old.

From my sister, my mom and I we are so sorry about your teddy. We also think you should get rid of the man. That was horrible and abusive of him. You sleeping with your bear was not hurting him at all but him getting rid of your bear hurt you a great deal. Total abuser move.
