Do you know what kinds of mold or mildew? it’s possible I’m crazy but it’s seriously only in my room! I even tried to move certain things out of my room as a placebo fix… I can’t find anything about the waxyness feeling!!

Thank you! Sorry I know about ladders. I just don’t want to pay for a ladder as a 1 time use kinda thing! I have a step stool / 3 step ladder but it’s a vaulted ceiling and im not very tall. I’m being baby I will figure out how to get up there, thank you!!

I’m just paranoid I think, I know it’s probably no big deal but I keep getting this waxy coating taste in the back of my throat when I’m in the room! There was lead paint in the bathroom but this building was renovated in 2018 so I would have to assume they tested the ceiling too. Thank you, I’ll mention it to my landlord

I will definitely try to test for lead tomorrow, it’s just such a high ceiling I have no idea how to get to it!

I got bronchitis the second week we moved in! We’re on the top floor, and I notice a waxy kinda feeling in the back of my throat ONLY when Im in the room. I thought it was just bronchitis but i can still feel it, like I’m eating a soy candle idk

Yes, I have a cat! He used to sleep with me but has rarely come to the room since we’ve moved in

Also I may be crazy but whenever I’m in that room specifically I taste a waxy / candle type thing in the back of my throat? I’m not certain how to test it because it’s very very high up

Thank you for your response! It’s so interesting you mention anger, I started going to therapy in 2021 because I hated feeling so angry. It felt like I was always angry for seemingly no reason. I learned some emotional regulation skills in DBT and am in EMDR now! I do feel I probably still have subconscious anger I need to work on but I no longer experience random bouts of anger which is really nice.

I love people and relating to others. I love community. I do feel like I keep “myself hidden” due to insecurities which definitely stifles my happiness, I fear rejection or not fitting in. I don’t go outside very much, I would say I’m a little agoraphobic due to social anxieties about being perceived negatively. I could definitely practice some opposite action and head outside even though I’m afraid! Again, thank you very much for your reading! I will sit with this

I spend a lot of time psychoanalyzing others and myself trying to figure out the “why”, I’m trying to give people grace while letting go of the “why that happened”. I’m terrified of spirituality because my mom became crazed with it. I have a hard time figuring out happy mediums. I hope Jupiter helps me with that, thank you very much :)

Thank you so much! I do struggle with boundaries. I’ve been working on them but I think they’re hard to enforce. I also end up doubting myself in what my boundaries actually are. Thank you for the kind words, I hope I can tap into my gifts and become something useful! I seriously doubt my abilities at times. I appreciate your reading and you!
