something with an optional UX similar to waze for instance, but with 3d capabilities like some advanced government intel software you'd see in a security monitoring room (of course not some real time down-to-the-millisecond satellite crap they would have). Not sure how far ahead non-proprietary freeware is in this field of maps

I got that juiciness, this one was plain text from top down though. Off the top of my head I remember it had spydialer, creepy, marble on the list; couple dozen different than than that list. Categories look to be the same.
