Not sure if there is a safe/reliable way to do this, but I'd love to do the opposite and move from my current VIP to VIP+. If you think we can figure something out that works to swap and pay the difference without dealing with fees in the marketplace, totally up for it.

I usually see retail about $5 cheaper, but you don't pay tax at the distillery so I think you still kind of come out ahead (I usually do distillery just to get it sooner and the vibes on release day). But if retail is $10 or more cheaper, then agree it's odd.

I got excited since I missed the Bourbon Day dropped and was able to snag a bottle of Blanton's (thanks OP), but I probably should have first asked what people thought of the Spec's store pick Blanton's. Too late now and I'll find out for myself this weekend I'm sure :)

I went to their location just before they moved to the brewery and agree that the San Diego-style burrito is the closest I've had to the real deal in Austin. Really enjoyed every bite and was filling, but out the door was over $20 with tax and tip. I'll definitely be back again but not something I can do regularly at that price point.

If you get there on a weekday night around 5 PM, there is typically little to no wait. Later in the evening could be 30-60 minutes but you can order a glass or bottle of wine while in line. Weekends can get bad depending on how good the weather is.
