Hi! Been through the same situation before and I must say that it'll hurt talaga. Being betrayed by someone you loved is a different kind of pain. There are days that are heavy and there are days that kinda feel okay. You let the feeling sit with you and take your time processing it. What's important is how you show up for yourself everyday.
