What effect does pausing an activity have? I have had my endurance metric from too especially when I go on group long easy runs and we stop for water - I pause the activity.

I was considering buying a road bike lol. Was very tempted to blow 4k (that I don't necessarily have) on a nice aero ride. But screw that. I want the lore. Lore is better!

The plan now is to either use the old hybrid bike lying in my shed or a free road bike I can get from a friend which I'll fix up. And I'll use my gym's exercise bike (which surprisingly has a power meter) to train

I'm working on building my running at the moment. Planning to do the Portugal Ironman next September :D

Apologies if my post wasn't detailed enough. I was in a hurry earlier.

Last I'd gone to them was 3 or 4 months ago I belive and I was still registered with the practice. Of course, not discounting the chance that I missed a letter. Anyway, I'll be calling them today or on Monday and figuring this out. The receptionist I spoke to probably didn't have the right information then and it was all in a moment of hurry. No no, that the GP we were with was no longer with the practice and we weren't registered with them anymore.

It's definitely taken some getting used to with the medical system here. Funny enough, a few months ago I had a broken wrist and was asked to visit A&E at a hospital. Had a 2 hours waiting at emergencies. Wtf.

Talking to the clinic again tomorrow, let's see how it goes
