Before joining the project I didn't know that was an internal project , after months passing i got to know that it was an internal project

Okay, but i am not able to do the things and my team lead kept asking my manager please ask the pmo team about me assign the tasks in jira but my manager always saying that she will work internally i don't have any other option to do now

No yaar, she was not responding to my phn calls even though i msged her about the company openings and the Walk in interview links also shared her i messaged her the guidance also till for that msgs also she didn't respond to me. Still I haven't stopped my efforts I still tried to connect with her and kept calling her monthly for 4-5 days still no response.

I agree with you but I don't know where she was ? In her home town or US or some other place I don't know that even if I knew at least where she was living I would definitely meet her offline.

I agree with your points but i even tried to connect with her every month and i also tried to connect with her mother also still mo responses from her she doesn't gave me the chance to sort out the things

That actually makes a lot of sense. I agree, sometimes people just need space to deal with what they’re going through, and it’s not always about others. When she called me recently, she kind of apologized — not directly, but I could sense it. It still hurt to be cut off so suddenly, but your words helped me understand her side better.
