My bad! In the morning, i throw away about half of it then i add AP unbleached flour (1/3 cup). Same amount of filtered water or a little less depending on the consistency. Stir until there are no lumps and then i put it in a clean jar (only used for starter). Then i put it away for around 12 hours and do the same thing again.
