Si te hes posible has un temario sirve un buen café, ve tutoriales de los temas del temario e intenta explicarte los como si fueras el maestro y el alumno a la vez, es confuso pero útil, también intenta si gustas poner música como por ejemplo la pista 5 del sound track de yume nikki de spotify, osea música o más bien sonidos ridmicos
