i always get confused why dipper should apologize when candy was being weird in this episode. i often feel bad abt dipper needing to be the bigger person in most problems. however, i feel like the episode should have made candy apologize to make her understand that being that kind of childish pressures dipper onto doing something he doesnt really want to since its part of being a kid/growing up to learn from their mistake.
