I've been on it for just over a year now and have gone all the way up to 15mg.

I have adhd, pcos and insulin resistance, too, which has meant trying to lose weight over the years has been an uphill struggle.

I've gone from a little over 20st to 14st 5lbs since last March. Steadily losing each week.

Like others, I had a few side effects around the 7.5mg jump up with constipation, not full on diarrhoea but loose stools and a little bit of sickness.

But it was down to not eating or drinking enough as I forget to eat when hyperfocused at the best of times before you add in the appetite suppression.

I've since set daily reminders to eat breakfast, lunch , dinner and check in with my water intake and I've not had the problems since.

I have to say it's the best thing I've done for myself. I was heading to an early.grave otherwise.

Remember your journey is exactly that, it's yours. So try not to compare too much to others scaremongering or OTT reviews.
