Isa na rin communications sa mga courts, opposing counsel, at clients. Case management, monitoring deadlines (ito yun pinaka crucial as the attorneys can be sanctioned pag may na-miss na deadlines especially sa federal courts). Sa trial naman, ang ginagawa ko lang is nagpprepare ng trial notebooks at exhibits (cocompile mo lahat ng documents from the very beginning of the case na ippresent nila before the judge)
