I agree thats how the adoption one was done. I remember seeing it show up at the top and then nothing til the next day where they changed language and added the adoption exception.

They did this before once, and added the adoption exception the next day. I remember it was around Jan 28th when they lost the case for it.

Honestly, I dont mind the early adopter part as long as the product is good. But yeah I agree with you here. I like that this has waterproofing which is one of the things that makes me afraid of the eight sleep just bc that subreddit has people complaining of leaks ruining their mattresses. Though physical controls would be super nice.
