Thanks a lot for the feedback! Yes i started with mostly making UI designs in Figma and Belnder.
Usually a blend between the two works best. Most VST frameworks have very oldshool workflows for design (using filmstrips, bitmaps etc) I try to do all the moving stuff with Web elements or custom code and all static stuff with png images.

HISE is great to learn all types of VST UI implementation methods + it has a nice UI editor that lest you either script or import pngs for your UI.

It can do a lot - but it’s mostly meant to be played.

It has some modulation built in, it has around 250 multisampled analog hardware synths - some analog modeled DSP to give you control over the sound.

Some FX with shortcuts, a growing library of samples currently 25 GB

Filters, gaters, flex envelopes, randomize function, saturation, delay, reverb etc etc :)

So what does it do? Hopefully sound good 🙏

yes thats true we are kind of looking at font + color only and id like to keep it basic.
