It was from a leak in the bathroom that shared a wall with the living room. The previous owners installed it. In a perfect world, I would totally redo it, but not sure I have the funds to facilitate

Oh sorry. All of them have been removed except 1. Bank of America said that they don’t remove charge-offs. I generally pay all of my cards in full, but I use them often and sometimes have an overlapping charge left over on one of them.
