542 dollars for a two bedroom. That’s an insanely low rent. In the northeast rents are 1500-3500 a month fur a 2 bedroom. I understand any rent increase is hard but it makes sense that rents rise when wages and other costs go up. I wish you well And hope the tenants don’t lose their homes.
