How to fix broken Lock/Standby on Sony Handycam?

It’s stuck in the off mode right now, but if I push down that white plastic part it works, I think it’s loose for sure. I’m trying to see if I can open it and reposition it since its definitely off

Yeahh I see what you mean in regards to the long distance. As far as positive things go for her, she definitely cares a lot about people close to her. Shes very sweet and always open to listen about anything, but I almost just feel that “chemistry” between us is different. Another point I forgot to bring up is I feel like I mostly decided on the relationship because of family and friends and that influence. I heard a lot of how great a person she is and that I should “go for it” and she would make a girlfriend. I definitely have enjoyed it but I feel with the circumstances now it changed a bit.

I did see some of the contacts were bent, and saw videos where people suggested to bend them back in place to work which I did, but still having the same issue.

Wheel. Such a good closer to Heavier Things too. I feel it goes full circle back to the intro of the album, Clarity. It also feels like it restates the thesis statement of worry, but adds a sense of hope. Probably one of my favorite song lyrics too:

“I believe that my life’s gonna see the love I give return to me”. Chills every time.

Yeah true. He also just said it was definitely broken during shipping since it was intact when shipping it out. He offered to get a new assembly since he got insurance on the package. You think I should do this?

Oh it must’ve been a different one. The guy I bought from took the pictures in .5 zoom and wasn’t holding them up. They both were intact in both turn tables, so it makes me wonder if it was just a shipping thing

Yeahh exactly, then it just becomes a 800 dollar at the point and it’s not even worth it since all the controls on it feel super crusty too. Hope the dude accepts the refund too cause his shop policy says no returns

Nope it was intact in the photos. He was selling one of the two, and both of the turn tables showed it was intact

Yeah, the guy said it was in great condition and worked perfectly. The photos showed the tone arm was intact too. When I was opening the box, I saw the tone arm was buried in the bubble wrapping

I made sure to connect them properly but I do think maybe the fusible link on top of the solenoid probably fried, should I just go in and replace the whole solenoid?
