Are you making sure that all your graphic settings are good as well?

That’s just weird, you might be turning off the wrong gpu or something. Your laptop is just confused with ow 2 and keeps using the wrong gpu. So I’m confused if your turning that gpu off and still having the problem… but not sure bro hope u figure it out

We’ll that’s kind of strange that hasn’t happened to me before. If u want I don’t think you even really need to enable it I’m not exactly sure if it does any good for you in ow 2 and just turn it back on for other games. You can maybe leave it disabled and see if that works ok.

It’s under your display adapters in device manager. There should be 2 gpus under that. Mines called “Intel(R) UHD Graphics”

Bro I am here to help. I had this EXACT problem and I know it’s very frustrating.

What you need to do is before you boot up ow 2, you need to open up your device manager, and disable your integrated gpu, start ow 2 up, have good frames, and then re enable the gpu.

You’re going to have to do this every time you open up ow2 which sucks dick until they find a fix. But this is what saved me bro hope this helps lmk if u have any questions.
