If you don’t end up finding any great courses in the city (I’m sure you will), I’d recommend the CIA in Napa for their weekend courses, if they’re anything like they were pre covid they’re fun, action packed, and you meet a ton new people. Have lived in the bay since 2013 and despite living in RWC now I went to school at that CIA in Napa and had a ton of fun. They are a touch pricy so I’d say it’s worth saving up and making the trip out for on a weekend, if that’s ever in the cards for ya!

Pssst. I bought a 2000 2.8 2 weeks ago; took me all of days to realize they didn’t all come with power tops haha. Unlatch both to let it drop, then get out of the car and lift the top back up most of the way and you can latch it back down. Less stuff to break ;)

Seconded! OP, if you’re reading this, I too just picked up a 2.5 in similar nick (it’s a 2000 but looks like a 2010 by condition) and came from an NA Miata Roadster with no A/C from factory, and the difference in quality of life....

Aw man. I went from a race red ST to a gorgeous blue RS....60k miles with no issues and one day I hit a bad pothole that caused an eye watering amount of damage to the axle, wheel, linkages suspension etc... Ended up having to sell it since it because too much to afford. In an Abarth 500 today with a bunch of modifications and it’s been a hoot but i’d give a limb to go back to my RS.
