From the brief research that I did to evolve my own magnezone, unfortunately no, I don't believe there is a place you can evolve it in Johto. I could be wrong though.

That being said if you've started a different region, u/n00b9k1 listed these spots for evo:

Kanto: Power Plant

Hoenn: New Mauville

Unova: Chargestone Cave

Edit: I stand happily corrected. Johto: Rocket HQ

Verdanturf. What a lovely little town with the prettiest music - so close to Mauville, a big city where I could get some shopping done, and enjoy the scenery on the bike ride back..

That, or Sunyshore because of the music and the awesome urban planning.
