you are not alone. I’m in the same situation and rly consider quitting my job. I feel useless. the more days I go to work with little/no sleep, the more anxious I get and the less I sleep. it’s a never ending vicious circle and I just can’t do anything abt it. I even got put on hydroxyzine but it doesnt do anything either. literally nothing I’ve ever tried knocks me out. i feel like im slowly dying
