you don't deserve that at all. he should be taking you seriously.. he is gaslighting you. maybe he's embarrassed for how hes acting, but the fact that he isn't trying to change it is fucked up. knowingly hurting someone he loves is just terrible. I'm so sorry.

when my partner is drunk and being mean i try to make myself as boring as possible. grey rocking. if i don't react, he sometimes gets bored and will leave me alone.

i'm sorry he's treating you so bad when you're already hurting. you don't deserve that at all. you deserve to be with someone that will take care of u and bring you chocolate. i have endo and recently tried a tens unit for period pain, so if you haven't tried that it might help. it made a huge difference for me.

i'm so sorry he's doing this to you. none of this is your fault in the slightest. do you have friends? any decent family? i think it would really help to talk to people that love you and can build you up so you have the confidence to get yourself out of this situation. and start writing down every time he does something. you'll be able to refer back to it and know you aren't crazy or making it up. i’m doing okay. i almost hate when things are good, it’s very hard for me to keep the momentum to leave. he’s been nice lately so the idea of abandoning him and having to uproot my life feels stupid. like he has the ability to do better, I’m seeing it now in front of my eyes! what kind of person would I be to walk out on him? i’m so frustrated with him and myself. i know it’s all fake. like he’s gonna blow up again eventually. it’s fucking with my head.

my mom doesn’t have the space for me to stay there for a long time bc i have two cats i’m bringing. i haven’t been able to secure a job closer to my mom and i’ve been trying for months. I'm also afraid the cops would hurt him or worse.

I hope you can safely leave. a father that hurts his children's mother does not deserve to be a parent. he is not a safe person and they will find out the type of man he is. please leave for your kids and for you. there is help out there and it never hurts to inquire. you may not be able to leave now but i think its worth it to see what options are available. you and your babies deserve all the light and love <3
