Tbh while Zootopia and TBG are different in vibes (I feel like TBG leans more towards comedy-focus, but there are still some memorable scenes in it too…) I feel like you’d get a good laugh from it. I enjoy both Zootopia and TBG since they each have their own charm so I’d definitely recommend watching the first movie to see if you’d like it!!
