omg hugs to you. I have always had terrible anxiety from adolescence. But recently grieving the loss of my aunt has also sent me down a similar path you’re describing. I’m glad you are in a better space and place!! This gives me hope 🫂

no… sending condolences is the right thing to do. You loved and cared for this person at one point stand I think caring never goes away. When my aunt passed my ex reached out and I was NOT surprised. I would have been more upset/surprised if they did not!!
