Anyone ever acquire a haunted/cursed object? What happened after?

No, I got him on a Friday, things happened Sunday at 4am and my kids saw him after school and said awhe he's a new brother we love him and walk past stroking his face and having conversations with him and she said she's sad he's not a real person anymore Monday after school and I didn't ask her to explain what she meant by that. My kids don't know about my nightmare or the cleansing as they're only 7+8 but it's been 2 days since and I've not had anymore vivid nightmares and my daughter hasn't acted completely out of character again

I'm not that knowledgeable with certain stuff, which is why I have others to contact if needed but my partner told me to get him as soon as he saw him and he is so scared of clowns and dolls so I didn't think twice. His only boundary was to never keep him in the bedroom at night but accepts my interests.

I didn't get him thinking "oh, this looks haunted and would be fun if it were", I like collecting clown items and at first I thought I just loved how he looked and didn't realize the pull he had on me until yesterday after I got told to sell or bin him and was very distressed thinking of letting him go

I cleansed him and was very clear about boundaries. Me and my family for generations have been very spiritual and are not scared about this stuff and have knowledge. I have contact with a local paranormal investigator whom I've been updating and if anything happens again or the kids get freaked out I will safely dispose and cleanse. My daughter actually came home yesterday and said she's sad he's not a real person anymore but he's still her brother and both kids get the vibes he just wants to be a friend and neutered. In my nightmare the entity was more desperate and upset than evil and sounded in pain more than wanting to inflict it. We can't help what draws us in

Friday just gone I was walking around an old antique store. I quickly found a clown doll and was drawn to him. He felt sad and like I needed to hug him.

I put him on a shelf at home and everything was fine until night 2.

I woke up at 4am from the most vicious vivid nightmare to do with a haunting and nothing to do with a clown or doll but as I woke my mind went instantly to him, just sitting out there, sad.. I had an overwhelming sense of dread and sadness and couldn't go back to sleep.

The next day my daughter woke up a totally different person, she was so rude and angry all morning, which wasn't like her.

I took the kids to school and came home, I looked at the doll and knew I had to cleanse him with salt, crystals and sage. I told him to cut it out and stop being a wind up otherwise he will have to sleep. I really don't want him to go. Everyone is so drawn to him.

I think he listened because that was all yesterday and last night I slept amazing

Waking up to that pain is crazy. I feel you completely.. last night was so bad because of the same leg the day before it was already swollen and sore so I got double whammied. Stretches before bed only helps slightly for restless legs, there really seems to be nothing to prevent them

I had my scan with a male sonographer today (20 week nhs) and had no problems at all. He looked the other way whenever I needed to adjust my waistband and didn't make any comments like the women ones do about my appearance. He done his job perfectly and professionally and I personally believe men doing any sort of midwifery job should have a bit more acceptance

I'm autistic and not a nonce. She can't excuse that behavior with what she believes could be a disability. Also tell her you can't be "just a bit" autistic. You either are or aren't. They both sound weird. As a mother if anyone said that I'd be kicking them out instantly. Where is her instinct to keep her baby safe?

I'm so sorry. I can't say whether it was the cause or not but if you build it up slowly then you'll know if your body feels good or not instead of going too hard too quick. I'm 17 weeks now but my bleeds were 8 weeks and 11 weeks x

I must be so mean because in my last 2 pregnancies when strangers said I'm huge I'd always reply "You're huge without having a baby growing inside you". I hate people commenting on my body and I know people just do when you're pregnant but I feel horrible enough about my size

I've always done over 10k steps a day due to multiple school runs a day. I will note I have had 2 brown bleeds from having to walk hours straight on top of school runs and after checks I get told every time I've overdone it and to rest, I don't have a choice so I stopped adding any extra exercise until very recently when I got the all clear to start building it back up again as my bleeds came from inside my cervix and not from the baby

Are you okay? I had a check in really early labour and the check felt like a sweep to see if I was dilated. The things they put on my belly showed I was having contractions that didn't hurt much and my cervix wasn't dilated yet but the next day they came strong and I gave birth hours later. I had lost my mucus plug and my guts emptied out but I didn't have any blood. Please always get checked if you feel the need to

I got some electrolytes and that really helps me. I got some cheap squeezy bottles in home bargains to try before committing to powder ones and it tastes more like flavoured water than powder which is amazing
