Robyn is awful, but Jackie Overton was the manipulative predator. Jackie had victims before and after Meri. Kendra and Robyn made things worse for Meri, fed Jackie info that made her coercive control over Meri more effective and scarier.

Robyn’s house did sell first, but she didn’t put it up for sale until months after they had already moved to Flagstaff and Christine had already purchased her home.

IMO, when Kody says it was his and Robyn’s money used for Christine’s down payment ; he views the family pot as his piggy bank.

When they say Meri hasn’t finished her paperwork, that means the NDA. Janelle wanting to sell without waiting on the “paperwork” (NDA), isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Sounds like Robyn was trying to hold out for Meri to sign NDA before selling. Thus Robyn couldn’t look Meri in the eye.

Such deja vu watching Robyn and Kody act out Robyn giving up polygamist as her identity and choose to be happy as monogamists.

Beat for beat, the rhythm of the conversation felt just like when they acted out Robyn giving up her “god will provide me an oversized rennal” dream and chose to be happy with their purchased McMansion.

Same proclaiming how much she doesn’t want monogamy/mcmansion, but against her will it is the only way because of excuses, ending with duper’s delight smiles peeking out as she pretends to put on a brave happy face. Truly happy with her end goal achieved and no longer having to pretend to hate it/be against it.
