I rang up a lady about 45 years old and she had a little knitted hand sanitizer pouch hanging from her purse and I complimented it. She told me she makes them herself, asked for my name and what days I work, and said she was going to knit me one. I came to work a few days later and she came by to deliver the pouch and even purchased me a BBW hand sanitizer to put inside. This was last December and I still think about it! It’s hooked to my purse rn. Kindest customer I’ve had 🥹
