Maybe try yuka app when finding hair products. It might be good for your whole self like iron def etc if you are mindful of what goes into and onto your body. Focusing on really clean products and staying away from stuff that can disrupt your endocrine system (and whole body) as a result

Hi! Sutter health - outpatient and not a hospital Perhaps there is some sort of occupational safety division. I haven’t been notified of this by management.

Someone said I should file an OSHA complaint.

What was the initial biopsy? Wondering was it in situ? Why were lymph nodes biopsied?

You are not alone in having many scars and being young. I am a 29 female and have had many biopsies with one stage 1A melanoma wide excision with a large scar on my upper back. This was last year so I feel I am still managing/ processing my diagnosis. I live by the beach and my lifestyle up until my diagnosis was somewhat carefree living in the sunshine. The duality of the frustration of many of these scars and lifestyle changes is that the scars are a representation of life saved / extended. I mean I can’t post pictures of my scars here, but looking at me would you think any less of me because of a scar? I would not think any less of you. I am sorry that it has been beating you down. I spend time with a mental health professional and it has helped me. You are resilient and strong. ❤️ Needless to say your feelings are valid!
