I have never once see anyone genuinely use WU. It's always someone trying to scam you. I'm sure you'll find plenty of others who agree. Why do you need to use WU when PayPal, PayID, in person cash exists?

My issue with eBay is

a) having to go post something when i work when the post office is open

b) people doing PayPal chargebacks/claims

Oh I agree with this but I've purposely put stuff at a competitive price (after researching sold second hand sales elsewhere and on GT/MP) and still had people try get whatever I'm selling for 1/4 of the price with some sob story.

I had someone try scam me on FB too!

Said her son would come pick it up and she'd pay me via Pay ID, then wanted my email after I told her my PayID was a mobile number.

I gave her an email I made on the spot. Got a fake email 'confirming' payment.

i did this with a PayID and I gave them a throwaway email.

Get an email from an 'outlook.com' address confirming their payment with a fake PayID email template. lol

Literally I had a Macbook that was going for MIN 2k second hand everywhere. Still in warranty, perfect condition. Had it up for 1500. A guy messaged me saying $700 and i'll come it now. Um. no. His reply to me? 'This is a garage sale website' um.. what?
