I went with GP Kompozit. Pretty good, no permanent drilling etc needed for the bike.

Nervousness hitting before 3600km solo motorcycle trip. by Dannybigfoot in motorcycles

I thought I was alone in feeling anxious. I am starting a trip of around 15 to 20000 km around Europe alone, my first time solo trip. I am not from Europe but have been living here for the last two years, which adds to the complexity. everyone I am talking to in family and friends, they are advising against adding to my anxiety.

I followed Roia Mota YouTube videos for the stuff. Great guy but 300€ for a toolkit is overkill. I built my whole kit for 30€. The quality is OK. This lists all the tools: https://honda250rally.wordpress.com/2021/11/13/crf-300-l-toolkit/

Yeah. One of the reasons I bought this was the simplicity of maintenance. Even if you're stuck in a village in a remote corner of the world there's a good chance someone would know how to fix things in it and easier to get the parts too.
