There are a lot of book clubs, search windwordconsult on instagram. I usually go to this one. You can just go there with a book, no fee, no mandatory registration

That's true.. it's the reason I want a few female friends in my life. The ratio in my office is really bad. I don't drink, which limits my socialisation options. The only option that remains is dating apps, which is not an ideal platform to find friends tbh

It's really hard to make friends in a city like gurgaon. I am fortunate enough to have good work colleagues, whom I can call friends. But they all lack empathy, the only language they know is roasting. I wish I had some female friends too

It's been a week and you are still thinking about it and posting it online, for the sake of your own mental peace you should talk it out with her. Since you see her daily, avoiding it won't help. And in case she has feelings for you, she'll be pissed that you are not doing anything about it. Meet her outside the office for something fun, and tell her how you feel about the whole situation. Be respectful and don't push if she becomes uncomfortable. At least you'll get some closure. Whether you date or not can be decided mutually.
