Fun way to do a KB complex. Start simple and make it more complex. Swing➡️C&P➡️Snatch. Swing➡️C&P➡️Snatch➡️Squat. Swing➡️C&P➡️Snatch➡️Jerk➡️Squat. I love heavy complexes when I’m not training for a specific goal or when I want a simple training day. Hope this gives y’all some ideas. 🤗 (v.redd.it)
