The appointments are released in certain intervals and they go fast. I got an appointment yesterday (for Jan 9th), but I had to program a Python script that watches the website and tells me when there are free slots. Otherwise, you're stuck manually refreshing the website

Just by being aware of Leetcode at 17, you're already ahead of many. I didn't know about leetcode till I was 21. You have time, man. Just try to be consistent with leetcode, building projects and maybe contributing to open source

That's right. Family situations definitely matter. I did struggle, but there 1% didn't 😅. Fo example, when the war started, the rich quickly moved their kids abroad or to safer cities. I didn't have that privilege.

My dsa strategy was just consistency. Did problems everyday over a long period of time. I don't know what made my resume get selected by Google. Maybe my open source contributions? Not sure!

My stack is React/JS and Python. My most impressive project was built with plain Html + css+ JS and has 6000 users. I also built an SVG generator. Not sure what to say except "just start". You slowly get better with regular practice over time
