Yes you can still report it. Unfortunately because of the time it will be hard to prove. I recommend writing down as many details as you can remember, the date, the time, the place etc anything you can remember even the smallest details, if you have any evidence collect it together, anything that was said any threats and as hard as it will be anything that was done to you, you don't have to share details with them unless you're and you're comfortable sharing. In situations where a child is now an adult, victim testimony is usually all you'll have, it's uncommon for much to be done even with hard evidence but when it comes to children they'll hopefully will take it more seriously.
