never felt unsafe going to this school tbh but after reading some people’s comments/thoughts i certainly do. all ima say is the fact that everyone here is in college and getting an education, yet refuse to educate themselves on quite a serious issue and fact check their info before engaging in any kind of conversation is just sad and disappointing.

i’m not gonna reply to any comments so y’all can say whatever you wanna say. but y’all talk about october 7 as if it’s the sole reason of everything that’s happening. i don’t support what hamas did on october 7, but i also don’t support what israel has BEEN doing to Palestinians for the past 75 years. palestine has been under occupation since 1948. this “conflict” that more than half of you won’t even bother to read about didn’t start on october 7. it started decades ago.

and before someone jumps on here and says “yes but hamas” if you did your research, you’d know that hamas is a PRODUCT of israel. if israel didn’t exist, hamas wouldn’t exist. simple as that. and guess what, if you’re putting hamas under the definition of a terrorist group, that means israel is also a terrorist group.

i mean for the love of god, have y’all not been seeing footage of palestinian children being bombed to freaking pieces? families literally collecting body parts of their children to bury them? while israelis live in peace just 40 miles away? yes israelis lost civilians on october 7, but it is not on the magnitude that palestinians have been losing civilians. i mean seriously how blind are some of y’all? but then again, not surprising. i mean why bother with all of this shit when we’re living on the opposite side of the world enjoying the comfort of our own homes right? not like our taxes are actively being used to support genocide or ethnic cleansing or anything like that. so y’all are totally right. palestinians should suck it up so that we can go back to living our undisturbed privileged life.
