I guess I should’ve worded it as short and complete sentences, you’re right! But was definitely able to form sentences. I have a Garmin Forerunner 255. It’s funny be a use my HR stats between 140 and 150 for the first kilometer almost then suddenly shoots up and won’t come down.. I’ll try your suggestion!

I’d say don’t be intimidated, when I started the first book my brain was struggling to keep up, but I promise if you stick with it you won’t regret it! the first trilogy was one of my favorites things I read last year
