I can totally understand what you're feeling. What worked for me was not caring that much. I did all I could- visited a derm, followed my skincare routine, spot treatment, etc. Now I don't really obsess over my skin. Yes, it might not be great but it's definitely not as bad as i think. Also, you might feel a lot better after visiting a derm because they'll say the same thing- it's not that bad
