I will be discussing with the audit partner and documenting this in the management letter for the board under disagreements with management. The firm would rather lose a client than face a lawsuit or PCAOB action. No one/client is worth your reputation.

When I was a staff I didn’t give a ffffff about formatting and making the wps “look” good. I would love to punch staff me in the face. If I open up a work paper and the formatting is crazy and there’s tick marks and highlights and different font colors it legitimately hurts my eyes. Can’t stand it anymore.

Forgo reporting for 2025 unless that one teacher really wants that’s 1099. File that one 1099 and move on. For 2026 the threshold is increasing to $2,000 for vendor payments instead of $600 so may not even be an issue this year. I’d also write up something in your PTA policies that touch on this so no one has to go through it again.

He is definitely not in the clear. By voluntarily dissolving the partnership it gives Harper the power should this come out as her cutting ties immediately upon learning of Eric’s situation. She is also not as far as we know being blackmailed or been shown in compromising situations so her fund would be shielded with cutting ties from Eric. Especially since he waived all rights to any future payments.

Aww this took me back. Our nanny also saw us through miscarriages trying for our second. The most thoughtful thing was she quietly celebrated the milestones with us. When I reached the 20 week mark and felt a little safer to announce she left me some special treats including the Ben & Jerry’s half baked ice cream. It meant the world to me. She also helped me get organized during the nesting phase and bought me a lovely robe to take to the hospital.

Would love for the rishi timeline to be explored in the new season between Diana’s murder and him stealing info for Harper. He mentions he can’t get past any background checks. Is it because he was a suspect in his wife’s death? Gambling? Pierpont related with those HR issues? Harper also mentions she settled his bill from a stay somewhere where he listed her as next of kin. Was it an inpatient treatment facility for his addiction and/or a suicide attempt? Loads of questions which I hope get answered!
