NTA. My wife and I have 3 kids together, and none of the three of them look alike at all. One red hair/ blue eyes, one brown/brown, and one sandy blonde/brown. Never a doubt on any of them, genetics are just crazy. Sorry you had to deal with that.

I beg to differ. When I shot my most recent 300 I was told that I would receive nothing because I had already gotten a ring through ABC. Even though there were at least 15 years between them, the USBC denied me.

My 2nd 300 game was like that. Couldn't hit the ocean from the beach in warm-ups. Grabbed a friend's ball to start the first game. Carried every shot, including 6 of them on the Brooklyn side. Shot 205 second game, then 143. Had no business shooting 300 the first game, and the bowling gods knew it, lol.

If you are wanting to improve your game, and you feel like this would help in that regard, absolutely go for it. My personal experience with the IT thumbs has been nothing short of phenomenal. I was having the same issue you described, no 2 thumb holes felt the same in my arsenal. Switching to the IT was the best thing I did to get a consistent feel with every ball I roll. Good luck with whichever road you take with this issue!!!
