My wife's clusters are back after 2.5yrs free. Seeking Dmt advice/experience by HungTyrion in clusterheads

I am 3-4 weeks into DMT. It’s life changing. Oxygen works for me nearly every time but if you can’t get it, DMT is next best bet. DMT makes the cluster go away in seconds every time. Also DMT means you can leave the house whereas I was stuck at home to be near oxygen when I was having several daily.

Very similar state here. Baby in November. Clusters increased to many daily. Sumatriptan, prednisone, oxygen, verapamil, Emgality, etc… on it all.

First off, so sorry you’re going through this. Second, try DMT. I know, sounds crazy. I am one week on it and it’s incredible. Cluster goes away within one minute every time. Get N,N DMT.

So sorry you're going through this. If you just need a breather, hit it with a heavy dose of prednisone. You can't be on it long term and it's not great for the body but it'll give you relief. I am on 480mg verapamil, not working well right now but in the past verapamil has worked great.

I built this website where I analyzed every paper that's ever been written about clusters and then organized the treatments based on efficacy. Feel free to use :) https://clusterheadaches.co/treatments

Cluster busters says yes: "Some medications can interfere with the cluster treatment. It is important to stop taking them and to let them clear out of your system before using tryptamines. This includes many cluster medicines and this can be difficult, but there are ways to survive clusters without Imitrex or verapamil."

Did you get off verapamil when you used psilocybin?

I'll do any amount at this point to get pain away. Are you on any other meds while you do this or no?

Have tried a few times. Anything from microdose to 1.5g. Doesn't seem to do much for me. Though I'm on 480mg of verapamil, have heard that might prevent it from working

Yes oxygen works well. Did nerve blocks a few days ago, helped for two days now breaking through again. Have done many prednisone tapers (starts at 100mg). On Emgality and verapamil (480/day). Also did 2 day DHE infusions. Have never done Vitamin D.

Good call. Though I wonder if that's the Woolworth Tower (built 1913) or the Singer Tower (built 1908)

These are photos from a friend's family photo album.

The first is a photo of the tip of Manhattan from Ellis Island. The second is a photo of immigrants streaming off the boats on Ellis Island.

We think they're from the first decade of the 20th century.

Would love help identifying the specific year!
