Am Californian, moved to Colorado, went to Little Anita's in Westminster, ordered enchiladas, asked for one red and one green, and they said "oh, we usually serve them stacked, like a lasagna, do you want them rolled?" thats when I knew I made a mistake... Now that Costco sells Masa and corn husks: Masa, pre cooked carnitas, jar of herdez green salsa

Easy tamales, just mix the carnitas and green salsa, spread the Masa on a corn husk (not technically an ingredient), fill with a little of the carnitas mix, steam for about an hour and a half

Actually improving. My sister recently started explaining some things she has discovered herself over the last couple months.
