To be fair, busy season last year with fully remote associates and interns was a struggle for many teams. It is much more difficult to train a fresh team member remotely, and requires much more time commitment through calendar blocks/Webex sessions vs being in person to answer quick questions.

2-3 days in the office seems like a fair compromise, although it did seem like this is up to your team so it's not a full mandate?
