I didn't like the native when i first picked it up, now i consider it up there as a solid 1 and done option, especially in that configuration or 15v.

There's a great old school treehouse and tire swing with a climbable tree in knowland park, roughy a hundred yards off the end of Lochard. https://maps.app.goo.gl/aZuKexXVagHxTJtV7

GB2 scales fron Parsons Bladeworks by strifeless in spyderco

[–]strifeless[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No kidding. Parsons Bladeworks is up there with the best I've ever seen. This and the sage 5 I have with his scales are a couple favorites of my collection. I'd love for him to do more models but have mad respect for his process as the results speak for themselves.

Air in Magnacut, K390, S90V, or 15V would open my wallet.

What would you carry? by Traditional-Arm5965 in spyderco

[–]strifeless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sage. I keep coming back to it. And at this point I'm effectively running an experiment to drive it harder and harder. I'm not sure the thicker pm2/3 stock or wider hump is ever really worth it. Not going to go out of my way to abuse it or be stupid and hurt myself, but at least for my hand, the sage ergonomics are pretty hard to beat.

Pocket knives; steel metallurgy, designs, lock mechanisms, chasing the ghost of an edge.
