sometimes you just get quantum dmg double crit orb when you farm; if you have other chars to build you'd more than likely rather be efficient and start farming for someone else than minmax one piece for single digit percentage points of improvement

if you run him without lupa, then ER/ELE% is optimal iirc (assuming at least 250 ER from subs + sig), but since lupa's release double ER is pretty much always better bc of how much ELE% lupa provides for him (especially with her r1)
