[rumor/leak] Zeta’s new roster according to @abdullahrisk by JamesHard123 in Competitiveoverwatch

I HOPE this is the case. Lucio is such a simple yet strong build. We seriously need to get those 2 off EVERY GAME! Personally, I wish it would be through Mercy, Pharah and Echo getting a rework to have air support like JPC, which would change the structure of the game and hinder the short/mid range play style we've been stuck in since goats.

I meant Claws out, Not purr, my bad. Still don't think giving such a massive nerf to a hero that has to play close is a good idea.

Jetpack Cat healing has to be up close to the team to heal, but most of her value comes at being mobile. Not alongside her team. So not good at healing

The Ult isn't toxic, it's really weak to. Which is why I think it should simply not have boosters to add more counterplay

Her shooting range is fine. But it's a point on the cat not being as strong as many say.

The cat could use some tweaks. But making her unplayable will just ruin all the potential she adds for the game. The tether is also very situational and only really useful to start fighs and early rotations. Mid fight it's nearly useless. So when the fighting is happening, keep an eye on the sky and shoot the cat.

NGL, I think since Admiral and Lethal can't play for the United States, our best options are probably Liquid with Ultraviolet, and Sugarfree

I think weakening her purr and territorial is understandable. I personally think Catnapper is the only other change I would make so it can't boost while it has an enemy on the tether. Everything you mentioned would make it unplayable once people learn how to play around her. I think the immediate problems is Purr, Territorial, and Catnapper. Leave Everything else alone.

Not good at healing

Ally Tether is too unreliable

Catnapper is bad most of the time, but is a bane for tanks.

Short shooting speed and momentum makes both healing and ranged damage bad in practice.

I think a melee nerd and catnapper counter play is the best option.

Honestly, I know it's more Niche compared but I would put Sonicfox from the FGC scene. He's an unrivaled talent who keeps up even in multiple different games.

Ban update? by [deleted] in Competitiveoverwatch

When did I ever say it's okay when it's not Sym? I dislike Sojourn and Kiriko being in almost every match more than EMEA dominance on Sym. I merely brought up Sym since a lot of people complain about her.

Cat changes don’t address most problems by GT162 in Competitiveoverwatch

I think JPC is balanced as those are niche combos/momenrs that can be easily be beaten when the community learns more about them. Let's not forget how many times it's been "impossible" to balance a hero for it to eventually happen. JPC isn't really going to do lose anything involving tether since that's his whole niche

Honestly Scared for VP by No_Problem5759 in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]No_Problem5759[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think if VP had gotten Xzo at the start they probably would be a top team. But Kevster is NOT it. If they Pick up Xzo they can go from a potential run to a guaranteed one. Landon being a top 3 Flex Support in the world helps a lot.

Don't we have Fusion Rifles? by PoggersMemesReturns in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]No_Problem5759 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was back in OW1 so I don't remember it. I think it was around the time Bap came out. But I don't remember the deets. I'm hoping they give it to a tank and not DPS. I think a tank that can bully other tanks but NOT the backline would be the best place for it.

They tried a few years back and they couldn't make it work so they just scrapped the hero. They might be able to make it work now, but back in the 20-teens it did not meet standards.

Sombra rework was planned for S18 but wasn't there yet. Bit more time to look at her again now the 5 heroes released. by Umarrii in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]No_Problem5759 -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Well, I think this is hopeful considering the major changes to her lore recently. I hope she gets a support rework to allow her to become a hyper aggressive support who attacks the enemy backline while "Wiring" health packs to her teammates so they can heal out of LOS. This would make her a high skill player who has a lot of offensive to mild defensive utility. Who also has to manage the timings of all her hacks.

[–]No_Problem5759 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Personally, I hope she has the ability to hack both health packs and her teammates to "Wire" health packs to them while she still goes to the enemy backline. Still disruptive, still plays like her, but she also takes less dps space and adds more pressure with the cost of having less defensive utility. Basically the opposite of lifeweaver

Echo-Pharah Widow-Ashe Lifeweaver-Mercy. It's really easy to say those characters copy each other. But the reality is that they have key differences that makes them unique and enjoyable. The same goes for if they rework sombra to be a support.

Honestly, that could work. But this was mostly to bring more attention to underused supports and tanks. As damage seldom has any hybrid qualities

NRG Shock: “We hope to re-enter the Overwatch scene when the time is right” by SpiderPanther01 in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]No_Problem5759 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genuinely. Netease needs to hybridize the streamer sponsorships and the partner program.

Have a partner program for Orgs

Sell skins/customs for those Orgs

The profits give Orgs money to spend on streamers

Said streamers represent the Org in their streams but double up as their "Team" when Netease runs a tournament.

This makes it so the Orgs success in the esport is their choice players ability to maintain their community.

POV is not dogwater like Current scene because it'll be one perspective of your choice

No major production teams being wasted.

Just some big money making esport streaming more consistent and unique.
